Simply Modern Cleaning, LLC provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services in Florida, United States. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Residential cleaning (standard, deep, and recurring)
• Commercial and office cleaning
• Move-in and move-out cleaning
• Vacation rental and Airbnb turnover cleaning
• Post-construction cleaning
• Specialized cleaning services

Booking and Scheduling

Service Requests

Service requests can be made through our website, phone, or email. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. A booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us.

Quotes and Estimates

Quotes provided through our AI-powered quote assistant or by our team are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions encountered during service. We will communicate any pricing adjustments before proceeding with work that exceeds the original estimate.

Access to Property

You are responsible for providing access to your property at the scheduled service time. If our team is unable to access your property for a scheduled service, a trip charge may apply.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• More than 24 hours notice: No fee for cancellation or rescheduling
• Less than 24 hours notice: A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost may apply
• No-show or lockout: Full service charge may apply

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and approved electronic payment methods. For recurring services or commercial accounts, alternative billing arrangements may be available.

Late payments may be subject to interest charges and collection fees. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to re-clean any areas of concern at no additional charge. This guarantee is subject to reasonable use and does not cover issues unrelated to our service quality.

Liability and Insurance

Simply Modern Cleaning, LLC is fully insured and bonded. In the unlikely event of damage to your property caused by our team, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly and fairly. Please note:

• Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of service
• We are not responsible for damage to items that are inherently fragile, improperly secured, or in poor condition prior to service
• We are not liable for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear
• Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement, not to exceed the value of the item or the service cost, whichever is less

Client Responsibilities

To ensure the best service experience, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the property and cleaning needs
• Ensure safe access to the property for our team
• Secure or remove valuable items, cash, and jewelry before service
• Secure pets in a safe area during service
• Inform us of any hazardous materials, conditions, or special considerations
• Provide working utilities (water, electricity) necessary for cleaning

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Simply Modern Cleaning, LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simply Modern Cleaning, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.

Changes to Terms
